Mr. Smith is a highly experienced securities, tax, business, M&A, regulatory compliance, digital assets, capital markets, and FinTech attorney with more than 26 years of experience strengthening the legal and compliance functions of investment advisers, broker-dealers, digital asset companies, family offices, technology companies, financial institutions, and investment vehicles.
